After a bit of a chill out in August, September has been one of the busiest on record. It started with four weddings, the Jersey Finance Golden Anniversary Ball and the amazing Bryan Ferry concert.

It then continued with another great Specsavers Search for a Star, into the IOD debate, another couple of weddings, Construction awards and a Delta excursion to London.

Whilst the work continued on Island for the Santander Event at Cardington (which looked so Miami) a few of the boys went into London City to work with the Channel Island Stock Exchange in the Beautiful Mansion House. It was a trip of many tales but as they say, what goes on tour, stays on tour! October is looking just as diverse with the added fun of the Defected night at the Grand on the 15th. March has been so busy with the pan island launch of Waitrose, we are loving the Farmhouse Hotel in Guernsey as well as the amazing new shopping experience.

Whilst in Guernsey we also produced the Young Business Groups 50th anniversary and The Guernsey Investment Funds Association events.

The Great Hall at the Hotel De France has also seen a fair few events this month including The ICSA Graduation Dinner and the Jersey Funds dinner with the entertainment from Joe Stilgoe (Richard Stilgoe’s son) – Delta top tip, this jazz trio are absolutely fantastic.

We have also been on tour with RBC in both Islands and London!!!! Got some great new London venues so shout if you have anything happening across the water.

When Delta became involved with TCT earlier this year we had no idea the talent that would be found within Jersey. Not just the talent on stage – which was amazing, but the wealth of production talent too.

We handed over the control to several Island Teenagers who blew us away with their ability from Lighting design and operation to camera work and stage management – not to mention the two boys who organised the whole thing.

Big congratulations to Jonny Labey on winning a spot on the Jersey Live main stage and to Kate Taylor for filling the venue and being a major role model helping the total raised on the night to a fantastic £110k! Check out the footage on TCT Spring Spectacular page on Facebook.

So it’s the first of August and time for some “time out” for the boys. This summer has been so busy with parties and conferences. It was great to get back in The Grand Hotel and work with Santander on their launch in Jersey as well as the CIM Awards launch; this year it looks like the mystery is back!

We have also been in the Isle of Mann and Guernsey with two corporate road shows but at this time of year the highlights have to be the weddings and the parties. For all the new wedding images give Rach a call to see this year’s trends – they are amazing.

Couple of extra parties that shone: Alice in Wonderland Theme at St Georges school complete with giant mushrooms and the transformation of the Great Hall at Victoria Collage for a great 50th Birthday celebration.

Meanwhile Gibson was out at the L’Horizon with Ronnie Corbet – oh how we hope he got a picture taken with him! With the hat trick being a crew of 11 at Fort Regent producing Enterprise awards.

A massive congratulations to all the winners in particular Gallery, Sighntech and Ogiers. Fingers crossed the time laps worked out and we will have it up as soon as all the getouts are done!

Meanwhile in Guernsey, Simon Torode (Winner of the 2009 Specsavers Search for a star) invited us to help create The Living Room’s 5th Birthday Party at St James. Then to top off the week we worked with Channel TV on Sports Personality of the Year at Beau Sejour – with guest speaker, ex World Champ Boxer Joe Calzghie. January definitely packed a punch!
