Originally the production manager at Delta, Simon now leads the team forward ensuring our commitment to quality and our clients is sustained whilst continuing to account manage his regular clients. With an international events history Simon really does bring the full package to Delta and his events.
Along with fellow Director Lloyd, Cristin founded Delta in 1990. With his career starting in electronics and theatre, Cristin has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the audio-visual and production industries. His technical ability and expertise is the reason he now heads up the sales and installation side of Delta.
Along with fellow Director Cristin, Lloyd founded Delta in 1990. Lloyds’ career started in film and television. This path took in ‘stepping the world’ and you can still catch him on sky! Lloyd now firmly has his feet in Jersey and adds his creative genius to bespoke events whilst specializing in projection and film making day to day.
As his picture shows – Gibson really is the boss! Responsible for the day to day smooth running of the Delta operation, Gibson has a wealth of experience of clients, equipment and venues. Other than the original Directors Gibson is the longest standing member of staff – there is nothing he does not know!
In every company there has to be a really creative one and Rachael is ours. Whilst dealing with day to day requests and conferences Rachael is also our lead creative designer working strategically with our clients ensuring unique and effective results. Rumour has it she likes a party, hence her choice of career.
Tim has worked for Delta on and off for several years originally as a sound technician. He recently returned after discovering Delta was just a bit safer than jumping out of planes and having near death experiences. Tim now works in association with event managers and clients delivering events without a bump!
